Introducing Nurosym
Your essential post-workout recovery protocol
Nurosym is a certified medical device born out of $10M in R&D and 50+ clinical trials with institutions such as Harvard, UCLA, and NHS trusts. Our goal was clear - activate the Vagus Nerve via hyper-targeted bioelectronic impulses.
Initially developed for non-invasive stress management, anxious thoughts, and chronic issues, the Nurosym protocol leads you to experience a noticeable shift to a long-lasting focused calm, high energy, and peak athletic recovery in just 2 weeks.

The Science & Practical Applications for Athletes
Anti-inflammatory Response
VNS exhibits anti-inflammatory effects Vagus Nerve Stimulation and the Cardiovascular System - PMC by activating the inflammatory reflex pathway.
Stimulation of the vagus nerve was found to modulate the inflammatory reflex, and later studies identified the α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7nAchR) as a critical target for the attenuation of proinflammatory cytokine release.
This is crucial for athletes because exercise-induced inflammation can impair recovery and performance.
Exercise control of inflammation is mediated by the vagus nerve, showing that vagal activity naturally helps regulate inflammatory responses during training.
Enhanced Neural Plasticity and Motor Learning
Stimulation of the vagus nerve causes the release of neurotransmitters that drive plasticity, including acetylcholine, and serotonin.
Vagus Nerve Stimulation Delivered During Motor Rehabilitation Improves Recovery in a Rat Model of Stroke – PMC
This neurotransmitter release is particularly important for athletes because it enhances the brain's ability to form new neural pathways and improve motor learning.
VNS also exhibits anti-inflammatory effects, modulates neurotransmitter release, and enhances neural plasticity.
Vagus Nerve Stimulation and the Cardiovascular System – PMC
Together, these effects create an optimal environment for skill acquisition and movement refinement.
Cardiovascular and Autonomic Optimization
The vagus nerve plays a central role in cardiovascular control and autonomic balance.
The brain controls the heart by dynamic recruitment and withdrawal of cardiac parasympathetic (vagal) and sympathetic activity.
Immediate and sustained increases in the activity of vagal preganglionic neurons during exercise and after exercise training | Cardiovascular Research | Oxford Academic
Enhanced vagal tone can improve heart rate variability, which is associated with better recovery capacity, stress resilience, and overall cardiovascular efficiency during exercise.
Neurotransmitter Modulation for Performance
Increase the level of neurotransmitters (specifically serotonin) in your brain.
Frontiers | Neuroimmunomodulation of vagus nerve stimulation and the therapeutic implications through vagal stimulation
This can impact mood, motivation, and pain perception — all critical factors for high-performance training.
These neurotransmitters also play important roles in energy metabolism and muscle function.
Tissue Repair and Angiogenesis
VNS exhibits anti-inflammatory effects, modulates neurotransmitter release, enhances neural plasticity, inhibits apoptosis and autophagy, maintains blood–brain barrier integrity, and promotes angiogenesis.
Vagus Nerve Stimulation and the Cardiovascular System – PMC
The promotion of angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation) can enhance oxygen and nutrient delivery to muscles, accelerating recovery and adaptation to training.
Push your limits without pushing past them.
Recover faster. Stay in the game longer.
When it comes to anxious thoughts the papers I've looked at do provide evidence of support that transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation is effective at improving parasympathetic drive, it can reduce fatigue and personally I've seen this improves my HRV when using this device.

After a month of using Nurosym, I can say it has become an essential part of my daily routine. Although I initially hesitated because of its price, which is somewhat high for my budget, I decided to give it a chance and it was definitely the right decision.
The results have been remarkable: it has significantly improved my anxiety, but where I’ve really noticed the difference is in my sleep quality and muscle recovery. I wake up feeling more rested and my physical performance has improved considerably.
The customer service team has also been very attentive throughout the process of adapting to the product. I recommend Nurosym to anyone looking for an effective solution to improve their overall wellbeing. The investment is completely worth it for the benefits it provides.

I’ve been using the device for a month, and so far, it’s been a very good experience. I’ve noticed that when I put on the Nurosym, my jaw instantly relaxes, and the tension I usually feel reduces, which makes me see it as relieving. It’s still early to notice significant changes since I’m already an athlete in good physical condition, but I feel I have a better disposition for sleep and rest much better, especially in terms of muscle recovery.

I’ve noticed a huge difference with not only my recovery from training as a competitive bodybuilder and athlete. This is really giving me the edge when it comes to my performance! I’ve also noticed a huge difference in my nervous system regulation my HRV recovery and my emotional management which is a game changer in the industry I’m in when it comes to weight loss well-being and being a nutrition psychology coach I can’t recommend enough!
Totally worth it, to not have fatigue and pain everyday.

I received the Nurosym device on a free 30-day trial. The first evening I tried the device for 1 hour, at a level where I could feel the electrical tickling in the ear, about 1 hour prior to going to sleep. I felt like I slept very well already from that first night, waking feeling more refreshed. According to my watch (Garmin Venu 3), my nocturnal heart rate variability had significantly increased. I continued using the device daily, at about the same time in the evening, for an hour each time. My HRV has remained heightened after this initial inflection point on the first night of use. In addition to this, in general I have felt much greater energy – not a 180 degree turnaround, but going to the gym is no longer ‘dragging’ myself, and in the gym I have improved my aerobic capacity and strength significantly in just these 4 weeks too, when prior to this I had been at a plateau for quite some time. I am feeling less chronic pain, less tight muscles, finding it easier to focus and finding it much easier to sit and just ‘be’ and ‘relax’.
