What the community says about AVNT™
Nurosym's community brings together diverse journeys united by a shared goal - to support our nervous system and mental state.

It's clinically validated, wearable neurotech. It re-wires your nervous system by delivering small electrical impulses to the brain via the vagus nerve.

Look into a device called nurosym and try DSIP peptide intranasal before sleep. Seems like your sleep isn’t deep enough and you might have dysautonomia that’s not letting your vagus nerve relax (I believe I have the same because I have the exact same symptoms as you), try these out and let me know.

my results 3 weeks after using my nurosym vagus nerve device:
it stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system by activating your vagus nerve (shifting you away from fight and flight)
my results:
- big impact on my recovery days (after weightlifting), reduced my fatigue by like 70%
- feeling more "clear" focus wise
- don't feel much difference during the day
It's one of the things I've tried that has a clear noticeable difference
Price tag is a bit high though, but for me it's totally worth it
I'm on the side of easily overstimulated and anxious so it works like a nice counter-balance
I was a bit weary at first because it feels so "unnatural" but it has way more effect for me than breathing exercise etc

Interventions I’ve done to regain lung capacity:0. Bone marrow MSCs intravenously infused
1. Nebulized azithromycin (14 days)
2. Lung training (oumua and IMT)
3. Nurosym (HRV) used post covid to lessen damage and have used longer term. An indirect relationship and theoretical.
4. Starting Lumbrokinase this week (800,000 units 2x day)

Personally, I would say if sleep improvement is your primary goal, Oura Ring wins hands down.
I'd also highly recommend getting a Nurosym... mine significantly improved my sleep quality.

I decided on the Nuropod... they list their studies in their website.

Not even a week into Nurosym I'm feeling noticeably calmer. Nervous system feels smoother and tilted towards parasympathetic.
testing out nurosym

First tool: NuroSym.
Clips onto the ear and sends gentle pulses to the vagus nerve.
This pulls you out of fight-or-flight mode and help get you into the “rest and digest” state.
Perfect for the end of a workday or when winding down at night.

How to increase nighttime HRV:
🏃 Exercise in the morning
🥘 Don't eat <3 hours prior to bed time
🥃 No alcohol
🧠 Get a vagus nerve stimulation device (e.g. Nurosym)
🩸 Reduce inflammation (rapamycin is king, omega-3 also ok)
💊 Supplements: ashwaghanda, magtein, probiotics

The biggest growth happened when I started gently zapping my Vagus Nerve with a @nurosym device.
It grew by around 12% and is still climbing!

7) Stimulate your vagus nerve ↓
It's the communication link between the gut, brain, and all organs. It comprises 75% of the parasympathetic nervous system.
• Chant, sing, laugh, gargle
• Control your breathing
• Take long steady walks
