ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase, including the items ordered, the order number, the total amount paid, the shipping address, and the selected shipping method. Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's progress. Please note that processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume.

We currently ship devices from the Netherlands. For countries within the European Union, no additional customs fees or duties should apply.
