How long should I use Nurosym each day for optimal HRV results?

Based on research findings and patient feedback, we recommend 30-60 mins once to twice a day to increase HRV, but longer stimulations are possible if someone feels comfortable with it.

For accurate tracking of progress, we recommend using a real-time HRV tracker (Ultrahuman, HeartMath). Then sit or lie down without movement for 15 mins and breathe in a stable, consistent way. Turn Nurosym on and find your energy level. Try to focus on the breath and let go of your thoughts. Continue for 15-30 mins. Repeat the experiment at least 10-20 times with Nurosym and 10-20 times without Nurosym. Note down the time you started and finished. Note down HRV values in 1-minute increments. Take an average from the session and your max values. Repeat for each experiment. Then take an average of averages from Nurosym vs non-Nurosym experiments to see the difference.
